"Very spacious rooms with small kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Lots of room and extra futon mattresses are also comfortable. Granola/yogurt breakfast was so good! Nice to have the washing machine in the room and laundromat down the street. Check in was very smooth and staff was very helpful. Great location, lots of nearby pay parking if the spots out front are full. Easy walk to castle, mall and lots of shops. "We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. We were left in the typhoon with nowhere to go and struggled to find anything for hours during when the weather got really bad. We had to drive under fallen trees, get out of the car to pull branches off road and hide in someone’s...
