Couple of things: When you open the front door straight ahead on wall you see black marks. It had everything we needed and the hosts were so amazing, Di was away while we stayed but her communication leading up to stay and even during when she was overseas was excellent and Billy was so welcoming and helpful while we were there making sure we had the best time. "An ideally located cosy cottage in an enclave of similar cottages - in the heart of Mangawhai village - suited perfectly our get away needs close to family that couldn’t accommodate us on their property!Occupants of other cottages were very respectful - and despite the cottage to cottage close proximity, noise was not an issue - all very peaceful - helped by Barb’s Cottage being at the rear of the enclave. Will stay again!"
