"A little slice of paradise. The cottage is beautifully styled and very well appointed with everything you could want. Gorgeous welcome from the hosts including a welcome basket with everything from wine, cheese and crackers and snacks to free range eggs from their hens. A perfect 10 out of 10 and I will definitely return and highly recommend for a couple's romantic retreat or like me a little mini break away from life. I personally have never enjoyed a stay anywhere as much as I did at Plum...

"Very well-presented and surprisingly spacious cute cottage, great place to forget the rest of the world and read books. Utterly relaxing and the views on the walks, right across the harbour, are impressive. "

"Our family group of 4 adults were all disappointed with how grubby this property was. We don’t mind things which are a bit shabby (carpet, paintwork, furniture, curtains) but we really like things to be clean! Don’t even expect hospital standards but not ….dead bugs, spiders, dust, cobwebs…. Hair and mould in showers, basins, bathroom mirrors splashed with someone else’s toothpaste….YUK. Kitchen equipment greasy and grimy. Also the downstairs bedroom was very damp and unaired and we had to move...

"Great location, Apartment very clean and well appointed. A great place to relax and is very handy to shops and right across from beachfront. Very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing break. Sitting on the deck and looking a the wonderful view was just lovely. Will definitely stay again."

"A fabulous oasis tucked away with nature, we enjoyed the peaceful tranquility on offer for a 2 day stay. The hosts attention to detail is superb and we would recommend this spot to anyone seeking peace and solitude in a beautiful setting."

"Absolutely blown away with cottage. The space makes you feel like you’ve arrived in the woods. Very clean , nice linen, good kitchen equipment and the shower was a dream after our long drive . "Kereru Cottage lived up to its name. Kaka were also abundant and other beautiful birds. Close to the Village it enabled us to walk from the Cottage to dine and shop. A lovely place to stay."

"Hi. We had a great stay, communication with host was excellent and the property was as described with everything we needed. Use of the shared pool was a bonus. Easy walking distance to village and quick drive to the surf beach. "
