"We were thoroughly surprised by the Tremont. We stayed in a renovated king bedroom. It was beautiful and clean. The decor was very tasteful and reminded us of a cabin. The breakfast on Sunday was very good. Trevor provided excellent customer service. We had an issue with the TV, and he came and immediately fixed it. Would highly recommend staying there, and we are planning on returning in the future. "

"Stopped here on our way to FL with the whole family. The rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning was good. My kiddos enjoyed the variety of cereal and hot food offered. The waffles were a hit with our oldest. Overall a great place to stay with no complaints and great staff. The Mountain views are always beautiful even in the winter and we saw a rainbow over the mountains from the breakfast area in the morning. Definitely would stay here again. "

"There were 7 of us…My husband and myself, a family of 5 ( three generations) and 1 dog.The cabin/lodge was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need inside and outside and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was definitely plenty of room for everyone to relax and have space if need be. The decks are awesome!! Gaylene is very considerate…no issues on our end, she just filled us in on issues in the area. Very nice , helpful and thoughtful. Everyone had an amazing time!! "We found the hotel quite by chance after our previous booking at Asheville was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene. We absolutely loved everything about our stay - the hotel, the location, the staff, the hot tub, the hiking trails, and the trout I had in the Tapoco Tavern was one of the best meals I have had during my time in the US. We live in the UK but will definitely recommend the lodge to our family living in Atlanta and anybody we know visiting North Carolina "
