"Excellent service. House cleaning comes twice a day. Concierge got us a dinner reservation at Silk house in the hotel that was notoriously hard to book. Location is excellent. Had a wonderful two week stay. Will book again"

"Excellent location. Next to exit 6 of MRT. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Front desk speaks English well. Safe location. Only issue I had was their unwillingness to alter stay due to flight delay resulting in 24 hour delay in arrival and basically lost one day stay because unable to shift my stay by one day. So if there is flight delay they may not help. Had sent all the documentation that it was Delta Airline that caused issue, they went by policy. Hotel restaurant decent, all the staff great. Gym good but bring your own towel. Business area does not have printer or computer but more a rest area."

"It is a wonderful property and a destination like hotel because you will d to use a car service to travel to anything outside the hotel: food, shops, extensive site seeing although there is some accessible walking trails with beautiful views. The hotel has some boutique shops inside and restaurants as well. This is a historical hotel kept up well. My room just had some water issues that looked like they had attempted to attend to before but the fix didn’t hold. The culture and expectation is that guests are quiet but if guests are not you can hear some noise. Spacious rooms even the basic room. Buffet has a large selection each day. "
