"Excellent stay for my big family. We were able to hit 3 mountains ( Red River, Taos, and Sipapu) with minimal driving. Tons of room. The ping pong table was a blast. Very clean and was described perfect. Highly recommend. "

"Blue Spruce was the perfect home base for our family’s ski trip! The home was clean. There were plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen was fully stocked and operational. The hot tub was lovely after a day on the mountain and our kids loved making s’mores in the fire pit. We can’t wait to be back!"

Only complaint is that there is futon beds which is great but no extra blankets at least we couldnt find any would be nice to include some. They do warn about a sensitive well system which is great but sensitive does mean sensitive we got a short shower and a small load of dishes and we were out of water for a bit. "This house was perfect for our two families over winter break! The property was exactly like the listing. We had plenty of room. All beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean. They supplied plenty of toilet paper and everything else you could need. We brought extra, but we didn’t need it. They even had a cute setup of complementary items such as hot chocolate and other snacks. Location was great. Probably can’t walk to the slopes in ski boots, but it’s a super short drive with plenty...
