The exterior of the building is great. Friendly and caring staff, comfortable bed, clean, not noisy - all good. But several items in the room needed repair, and a little maintenance needs were evident in the building. Still a nice property.

We appreciated the warm, welcoming courtesy and friendliness of the staff, especially Adam at the front desk and also the lady who facilitates the kitchen during morning breakfast. We look forward to staying with you again since this felt like a home away from home for us!

We were very impressed with the Hampton Inn Taos during our 4 night stay last March. Clean, excellent staff, great breakfast. But the most impressive thing about the Hampton staff was the excellent way they handled my unfortunate situation when I left a brand new coat behind in the room. I called, it had been found, i emailed a prepaid UPS shipping label, the Hampton staff boxed it and shipped it to me. Excellent!!

Hotel well located. Staff was friendly during check-in. Room is comfortable, but the shower was not working well and the hot water was coming with a very little flow. We let the staff know in the first day but they didn’t fix it nor they changed our room. Air outlet in bathroom was very dirty. Breakfast was decent.
