"Loved our stay here and hotel upgrade surpassed our expectation's. Breakfast was wonderful as were all the staff. Views from the Skybar were super. The only negative was the noise early in the morning of the bins being collected nearby but that was not a reflection on this hotel."

Unfortunately it was a shared balcony with other rooms on the first floor … which I don’t mind … but wasn’t explicit in the room description and came as a surprise . Toilet unfortunately was tiny with a toilet , bidet , sink and shower extremely close together . Not suitable for claustophobics ! But overall hotel...

"Air conditioner in room didn't work - I mention it and they say they would get it fixed. When I inquire upon returning from a walk, they said it was fine. It wasn't - they follow me to the room and verify it's not working, and then said they cannot get anyone to fix it. I should open the window instead and hope that mosquitoes don't come in. They were fully booked so they cannot switch rooms, so I ask for a partial discount. They said they cannot do it. Furthermore, there was no water...
