It wasn't - they follow me to the room and verify it's not working, and then said they cannot get anyone to fix it. I should open the window instead and hope that mosquitoes don't come in. They were fully booked so they cannot switch rooms, so I ask for a partial discount. They said they cannot do it. Furthermore, there was no water...

"The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They assisted with plans, dining reservations and provided parking service. Throughout our stay they called to check up on us and ask if everything was to our satisfaction. I felt sick during our stay and they even called to ask how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. Overall excellent experience at this hotel."
