"In the very heart of Taormina. Just outside our door cascading does the stairs of a very narrow via was a super cool restaurant. Shopping. Off the chain. Lovely linens. Will return out of summer season"

"This b b was located directly off corso umberto with quick access to all that taormina offers. The breakfast was full and delicious. They do a turn down service daily so if theres something you dont want disturbed i suggest you put it in your luggage."

However on our return home we were shocked to find that as well as the cost of the stay we had also been charged an extra night as though we hadn’t shown up at the Hotel Elios. Staff on the desk have not been helpful when I called to point this out and asked us to email customer service, which I have done 3 times with no reply.
