"Compact room but due to king bed so I didn't mind at all as rooms only to sleep. Hotel & room were clean, staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to easily walk to the sights around Georgetown & hopped in grab for those further out. Little noisy at night with music from somewhere outside but our didn't continue to late."

"Our 3D2N stay at the Prestige Hotel was marvellous. The hotel is situated at the terminal ferry jetty, well located in George Town, away from the traffic hustling and bustling. Hospitality by the service crew was perfect as they were polite and professional. The hotel amenities were spectacular, well maintained and clean. A special shout out to the 3M filtered water tap which dispensed endless amount of clean, cool filtered water for us to beat the sweltering heat in Penang. Not forgetting the complimentary drinks in the bar and refrigerator too. Do head out to the swimming pool / deck for the amazing sunset too!"

"A definite must stay hotel. What a mansion and staff! Every thing was possible and did happen, the staff were efficient, very friendly and capable. The breakfast menu and selection was vast with Kumar being the best lemon daiquiri maker. The food and service was excellent. The beds and pillows, oh so dreamy. Honestly, every single thing about this mansion was 5 star. There is a traditional Guznan player and a jazz band in the more contemporary part of the hotel, both very good. The mansion has an amazing history and looks magnificent. The bathroom products are super and plentiful. They offer a thorough and informative tour of the mansion. You must stay here! "

"Our room was in front of linens storage. Probably if the staffs leave the door open, an alarm rings. One night the alarm was kept going hours. It was annoying. And the swimming pool is small. Except for these, the stay at Hompton was quite amusing. Staffs are really friendly. Great Viva Foodcourt is right in front"
