"Check in was a nightmare my room was not ready I waited over 2 hours and I was given a room I didn’t choose. My room didn’t have towels it took them 2 hours to bring any. I would call the lobby 2-3 times no answer I wouldn’t stay here again "

"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed. The food was excellent. "
