"We only stayed for 2 nights and that was enough. We weren't at the hotel much so it wasn't a big issue. One day we had no water in the room, the air conditioner leaked water and drenched our suitcase which was under it as there wasn't much space to put it anywhere else. Breakfast was near inedible but the burgers were delish. Great place just for having somewhere to sleep. "

"The only good this place is location. Staff were rude and obnoxious. No help at all! The place was filthy dirty and there is no way you would swim in the pool. Green and dirty. Had several people complain that things had been stolen from their rooms. Give the place a wide berth!!’ Over priced and under delivered "

"Checking staff 24/7 much appreciated! Quiet, easy to sleep. Breakfast buffet included. Restaurant and cafe on site. Some rooms alas not mine have balconies with steps straight into the pool. Close to temples, elephant sanctuary, mid way point to the northern beaches, mangroves and the pier to get to Phang nag bay. "

"I like the location but the rooms are very dated and not well kept. Maid service is only once every 3 days so that is problematic. Also a bit overpriced for a property that needs updates. Not enough electrical outlets and internet unreliable."
