Staff was very polite and kind but there were a few things we weren’t made aware of before checking in as we booked through Expedia. They require $2000 baht room deposit CASH only upon check in so have money available. "While this hotel was lovely, I wouldn't stay for a long period of time if you want to explore Phuket. You have to taxi/drive everywhere. Nothing around the hotel to look at. No shops, restaurants, or anything at all. Good for a couple of days rest and relaxation. BE AWARE this hotel is all stairs!! There are no lifts to the different levels, restaurant, pool, or reception. Where we stayed we had 3 sets of stairs to the restaurant and breakfast, then another set to reception."
