"Our first trip to Japan and pleasantly surprised to have stayed here. Beautiful and very clean. Staff was excellent with all of our needs. Rooms were large and very clean. Free shuttle bus was large,clean and the driver helped with my husbands wheelchair as well as our luggage. Would definitely stay again. "

"Employee working at the restaurant where they serve breakfast, the one in charge admission to go in (older male) was extremely off putting by the way he looked at me and my friends. The intense eye contact and disgust given to us was definitely felt, making our breakfast unpleasant and unwelcoming despite paying for admission. Out of my entire stay in Japan, this was definitely my worst interaction in the entire trip that stuck out to me "

"We love it that it is very convenient for a short stay and the shuttle service to the airport is a plus. The personnel at the restaurant (buffet) were not that attentive. Basically the only attention they did was when they seat us and after that never came back to the table for anything. Other than that we liked everything. "
