"The staff were perfectly friendly and helpful. The facility and indeed the room were as clean as could be. This is just an older building with older facility issues - seemingly low water pressure; the "feel good" extra lock on the door didn't work, with marks showing the for had been forced open a few times (the deadbolt worked just fine); the room, although spotless, just smelled stale; all the electric sockets had no grip pressure left, and plugs fell out of them if looked at wrong.
