"This is an extremely unique, charming, historical property in a beautiful area which is just begging to be explored. The house itself warrants a longer visit to appreciate the care and attention paid to making it endlessly interesting, and TJ enhances the entire experience with his hospitality and knowledge. "I loved staying here with my 3 children. It was not too far from the beach, but tucked away enough that it was quiet and very relaxing without the busy vibe of LA. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive, but also gave us our space to have great family time. I hope to be back someday!!"

"Very cute place in a lovely neighborhood. Bathroom is small but very functional and the patio out front was really nice. 2 dogs living in main house were sweet and affectionate. Would definitely stay here again! Very nice. A tiny odor from carpet (I think) when we arrived but was not bad at all. "

"As advertised and exceptionally clean. Very close to shopping centers with Target, Costco, Aldi's and most importantly - Starbucks in every direction. Juan who owns the property is attentive and responsive. For my modest needs on business travel, this was a super fit."

"Our group of 7 had a great stay at Angela & Marten's place in Culver City. The location was perfect for us, and it's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We liked having the courtyard to hang wetsuits and towels after the beach. The way the house is laid out was perfect for us as well: two bedrooms and a bathroom to one end, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other end. "This was a small but mighty space. It had all the things we would have at home but in a smaller space, which it did not feel like so. There was a lot of space for the kids to play outside and thank you for 2 tv's. I was able to lounge while the girls were able to watch cartoons. "
