"The apartment is easy to locate. It's just that there's no reception area you have to go the Bistro on the 7th floor if you want to talk to the staff. No early check ins. We stayed there for 7 days and no one replace the towels, clean the room and replace the soap, shampoo and conditioner. We are four people but the utensils are good for three persons. Asked for another casserole so we can use it for cooking our dishes but did not provide us one. No serving spoons. And you're responsible...

"An absolutely perfect stay!!! Although it’s winter, we had no problem visiting all the areas Arthur and Anita recommended. We flew into Zurich, rented a vehicle and had no issues driving anywhere. "Charmingly appointed studio uphill from town of Lenzkirch in Southern Black Forest. Private balcony with nice views was perfect for breakfast and sitting in the evening. The only slightly minor initial inconvenience was having to get the key at a different location. Owners Christine & Gunther were very easy to communicate with and provided many local suggestions via the rental guidelines which they kindly translated into English before our arrival. :) ‘Loved our stay in the Black Forest!!"
