"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"We were visiting Geneva to help our daughter and son-in-law with their newborn. (Their apartment was a 5 minute walk so the location was ideal.) Location also ideal because it close to Eaux-Vives shopping and restaurants and the local public transportation. The apartment is very spacious and bright and has everything you could need. Several nights during our stay we prepared dinner for 4 adults and we had plenty of room. Neighborhood very quiet. Helena is a great host."

"Paper towels. We ve been renting from Vrbo for over 10 years and have never checked into a European trip where there were paper towels. That’s the attention to detail to insure renters are happy. When I first received the contract and 27 page, what you need to know, book, I sighed. But printed it off and it was appreciated for its thoroughness. The unit was modern, clean and well supplied. When entering the apartment, the smell is strongest, but after a few minutes we would just get used to it. Initially we thought these were smells from cleaning / detergents, but we realised after a while that this was heating oil smells. We came back yesterday and all our equipment needs to be washed. "Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French...

"Nous sommes restés un mois dans la location. L'appartement est spacieux et calme, avec beaucoup de rangements et un grand bureau permettant le télétravail si besoin. Il est proche des commerces et de lignes de bus, parfait pour explorer Annecy et ses environs. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue !
