"The stay was good, front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel room was clean but showing its age. Hotel is centrally located easy to get anywhere in the city. "

"Appaerntly there is only1 ice machine, at least that we know of. We ever did find.it. Reception told me on the 2nd floor nope, then I was told in the Lounge, Lounge doesn't open until 4. Then Inwas told at the far e d of the mail floor in tower 1, never got there bexause I got ice from the Lounge bar. I walked all over and did not find it. That ticked me off a bit."

"Lobby and restaurant are great, rooms are a bit dated but ok. Only issue was the loud trains shunting repeatedly through the night. Not a bother for some but I found it a bit much. I'll look at the map closer next time. "
