Because I am extremely claustrophobic we requested our room to be on the first floor so we did not have so many stairs to climb. We were totally disappointed that they put us in a room on the third floor just because the first floor is for people with dogs. Who is more important, a human with medical conditions or dogs. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Also, the pillows were lumpy. I’m glad I took mine with me.
