The stay accommodated the few nights i needed to stay with my dog but the rooms heat wasn’t working properly so the room was colder than i would have liked, it just may be an older buildibg but it seemed kinda rundown in spots

The system with cards was broken. I had to come back to the reception 3 times. I was badly bitten by bedbugs. In the morning I found alive bedbug on my pillow and showed it to the stuff at the reception desk. They apologized. Very friendly stuff but overall because of bedbugs: Terrible experience

Hair all over the bathroom including a large clump on the shower wall. Something splattered all over the shower ceiling and the bathroom looked somewhat unclean in general- grime build up in all the corners and along the base of the wall/tub. Couch was covered in questionable staining as well as the pull out desk chair. Beds were clean and the price is right if you need something that’s a bit of a step up from a dive motel.

Convenient location in the west end of the city. One annoying thing is they lock the revolving door a lot earlier than the sign outside the door says. It says 11pm-7am you have to use the side door and scan your door card but it was locked as early as 9pm, I get it but the inconsistency was annoying. Also room cleaning did not come everyday, which is ok I guess but they only leave 2 towels in the room so for 2 people we had to reuse the towels every other day. Unsure if I would stay at this hotel again.

While the property interior was clean and neat the areas around the building IE parking lot needed snow removal and garbage pickup. This unit is pet friendly with no dog run, some clients let their pet use the front step as a bathroom.
