"The administration had very short hours, so it was difficult for me and my wife to get help at the front desk. The reception was cold and marginally helpful without time and pressure, in a nutshell, they avoided helpful interaction which cost me and my wife, hundreds of dollars because we had to find information and transportation in the cold. "The apartment was cozy and in a very good location, however it needed to be cleaned better. The shower door was missing a rubber at the bottom, so every time we showered the water would go all around the bathroom. The shower head was unclean, dust under bed. Sofa was full of have no idea what kind of stains.. Besides that the kitchen was clean, bedsheets as well. They answer to emails very quick as well, if you need more information. "

"Large apartment with cooking amenities. no air conditioning but the windows open. a bit noisy at night but we were there around midsummer solstice. Great location in Uppsala. short walk from the train station and right in the old town. free access to a washing machine and dryer in the basement. "

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
