"Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful."

"The two guys working at the front desk when we arrived were so incredibly helpful. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was something gross that fell out of it and the sheets on it were dirty. We called down to the front desk and one of the guys came up immediately and cleaned everything up and brought us clean bedding. We were so grateful for how quickly this issue was taken care of. They also had our car ready to go first thing in the morning when we requested it. I would definitely stay...

"This new apartment style hotel was perfectly located near all of the things we wanted to do on our recent stay in Philly. We walked everywhere. The kitchen had all of the basics and it was very clean and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and the city noise was relatively muffled. They provided ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There is nobody anywhere to answer questions or provide services- this is all done through the Sonder app which worked fine for us. We will definitely be staying...

"Easy walk down 2nd st to Old City. Loved having the 2 bedroom apt with my family. The sound machine was great, i put ours near the front door. I think the windows in our rooms were fantastic bc we hardly heard the traffic; you moreso hear others in the building. I would def stay here again! "
