"The hotel is very big, and some public rooms were quite chilly in the evening, including the restaurant; I had a superior king size room, the mattress was sprung and I could feel the springs; the service tray was very limited, with very cheap biscuits. "3rd time we’ve stayed here, lovely hotel. Walkable distance into town and only 10-15 mins from train station. Nice rooms and facilities. Let down this time by breakfast service, only two staff trying to clear tables, take orders and ensure replenishment of self service area, that said the hot breakfast was delicious."
