"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! "The old town is not veichle assessible. We had a few big suitcases that are hard to handle on the stone walkways and bridges. So we called the hotel and they came to the outside of the old town and helped us pulled the luggages to the hotel. The hotel was renovated on an ancient house (it is stylish!) so it does not have an elevator. They also helped us carry them to the room which is on the second floor. When we leave, they helped with the the luggages again! "
