"In a great location. Especially if visiting the theatre. Close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. I stayed in the basic double room, the bathroom was very small. The walls are also pretty thin, fine if you don’t have noisy people in the room next to you but unfortunately we did. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but 2.15am on a Monday night being woken up by guests next door wasn’t ideal. I would stay here again though as the location is excellent and all staff members...

"Basic but well-thought out and everything felt nice and new. Easy check in. Quiet, felt secure. Free coffee/tea from machines in the lobby. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a short stay. Wouldn't be great for a long stay as the room is small and there's not much storage/wardrobe space, but great for occasional 1 or 2-nighter."

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding. "We loved staying at Bermonds Locke! It was an ideal location, and check in was very smooth. We liked that the rooms had a kitchen and washer/dryer, however the dryer didn't really dry our clothes very well (NOT the hotel's issue I'm sure). The front desk staff was great. We ended up extending our stay because our flight was cancelled and we couldn't fly out until a few days later, and they were very understanding and helpful with us booking a few extra nights.
