Beware that after booking online via an agent, it is advisable to call them to confirm; there seemed to be some confusion with the receptionist as a result of this. And also they require ID (driving license/passport) for check in. Would stay again. "

When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them. "Stayed here 2 years ago for our anniversary, and came back this year for our anniversary. Love the spot, it is economical, and though the room is small, it is comfortable, and the staff is accomodating. Checked in early, and there is a secure bag drop if you want to do that as well. It is super close to central London, easy commute to Soho or the sights and the price was right!"
