"Larissa at the front desk was incredible! I had some trouble with my tv upon checking in and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue and could not have been sweeter while doing so. Overall my whole experience was fantastic but Larissa's customer service was above and beyond. I support giving her a raise :)"

"I am not crazy about not having any staff, at all. Seems big brother-ish, as does the sign on the board that “we are watching you.” I gave high marks on the cool building, although it was hard to regulate the water temp in 6. Your guests were all very nice, but I have to say there must be a middle ground here that you could find if you tried. Other hotels, hostels manage to do that. Why not Kinn?"

"Overall had a positive experience. The staff was very very kind. My only problem that I had was my room was facing one of the main roads and I was only on the second floor. This meant I heard loud cars all night even though I would have the AC fan going and there is a tram-esque setup. Definitely lost sleep on it, but overall, a good property for the lower price I had paid"

"I already left a review on Google, but I will say that this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. What I love about it is that they have laundry machines and if your laundry is there, you can leave your room number and they can contact you when your laundry is done, which is amazing. Also, they offer shuttles to the airport."
