"Great location with a connection to the subway underground. Nice lobby with very attentive staff. The only downside is the small bedrooms but that’s typical of Japanese hotels. I would definitely stay in Hotel Okura again."

Hotel Eclair Hakata

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (86)
"The staff was friendly but it was a challenge communicating in English. The room is too small and not anywhere what the Ad depicted in Hotels.com. The AC did not work and the bathroom crampy. Since English was a challenge, I couldn't ask if I could upgrade. Based on my experience I would not stay there."
