"Lovely hotel, next to the Plaza Espania. Most of the main areas are within walking distance, but taxi rank outside hotel. We paid for The Level, and was disappointed that the lounge was closed until our last day. It was not exactly clear what our "Level" options were to replace the closed lounge. Once re-opened it was great."

"I have yet to be disappointed by any of the NH hotels i have stayed in. As always the rooms, service and breakfast always hit the mark. Location is accessible to the bus and tram which takes you to the train station or within a 10 minute walk to any of the main attractions. "
