"This hotel was very convenient for a visit to the Grand Canyon. Yes, it's a bit dated, but still nice and clean. The attention from the dining room staff was what made our stay. Shout out to Imelda (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) and Alberto in the dining room. They were sweethearts and made sure everyone got their pancakes for breakfast!"

"The cabin at Bright Angel was clean and, although small, was roomy enough. Each staff person with whom we came in contact was friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend Bright Angel."
