"I love this house! The layout was comfortable, and the pool and patio were perfect. The house, pool, and grounds are beautifully maintained. The host kept us up to date on when the lawn and pool guys would be coming, so there were no surprises/unexpected visitors. Of note, the AC stopped working on Sunday while we were out all day. I contacted the host, who in turn contacted the property manager, who showed up soon after. He did his thing (I know nothing about AC except that it cools the house)....

"We arrived at the location after driving for 5 hours. We werw told they do not take reservations fo4 only one night, they do not accept pets, and they haven't utilized Hotels.com. for over a year. So, we did not get to stay. All other hotel rooms in the area were booked, so ee started our drive back to N Florida and found a place to stay miles away. This is VERY unprofessional of BOTH Marker 99 Resort and Hotels.com!!!!!!! I am now working to get my refund from Hotels.com. I should not be...

"Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again."

"Minimal people on the beach, a small yard for the dog and a nice pool to relax in after time on the beach. The home was well stocked with supplies and was just as pictured on line. Friendly people at the local Publix just a mile and a half away. We had two things we needed to communicate to the owner and she responded promptly. Great home, we had a fantastic week."
