"The hotel was like being at home however the friendly people who worked there knew all the places you should go and even how much you should pay for a good buy. I was lucky that i stayed there twice during my travels and the second time was like coming home. I went to the grand bazaar and it wasnt worth if but on the way home i was lost whoch rarely happens.i called the hotel and was almost in tears. "Hi I stay 3 days in Deluxe room with my 2 friends Room was and bed was comfortable to sleep . Then next 5 days I stay in junior suit Room was super big and have Sofa as well. I notice only thing they can improve is more hot shower otherwise everything was Perfect.Breakfast was great and everything is closed by 6 mins walk to blue mosque and H.Sofia and Grand bazar ..Staff was super Great Sweet Helen always smile on her face . "The reception staff were obliging, polite and courteous. However, the housekeeping and maintenance staff were terrible. The wash basins, toilet and shower area were not cleaned for 3 of the 4 days. The overflowing water in the toilet was reported on the first day, but was never repaired for the 4 days we were there. The noise of water dripping kept us awake through the night. The cooling in room 103 never worked although we paid for it as it was advertised with air conditioning and reported on...
