"Major issue with safety as bedside lamps were hanging by their electrical cord. Also arriving at 5pm the room was not ready as they were short of staff. Quality of food at breakfast was really good but took a long time to prepare and the staff were trying to close the dining area while guests were still eating"

"Business trip for 1 night. A lovely hotel. My TV remote didn't work and the receptionist sorted it straight away and then came to find me in the bar to tell me it was done. Great service."
