"The house is absolutely delightful, very comfortable and situated in a lovely location. The terrace, gardens and swimming pool are great. The house is also very well equipped and cosy. Although we sent most of our stay driving round Tuscany perhaps the best day was spent on a sunny day simply enjoying the house, the terrace and the pool. Highly recommended"

"This was a very last minute booking. Only arrived at 8.20pm. Found easily. Public parking available. Very tired "hotel". We were (i think) the only guests. The owner welcomed us with a smile and after 5 min or so showed is to our room. We just needed a sleep so didn't venture out into the town. Bit of road noise overnight, but the room served a purpose. Nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, just not anything special. "

La signora ha risposto al telefono (dopo dirversi tentativi di contatto) solo il giorno dell'effettivo arrivo (e non 24h prima), dicendo che la residenza è chiusa dall'inzio dell'anno solare e che sta facendo una ristrutturazione dell'edificio. Ha detto che lei non era a conoscenza della prenotazione e che anche volendo non avrebbe potuto ospitarmi. Quindi ho pagato (i soldi mi sono stati addebitati subito) per un alloggio di cui non ho...
