"Unfortunately the host only contacted us 1 hour before check in to announce that there wasn't space in the hotel for us. They did arrange an alternative hotel 5 miles away but we did not have a car so it was a bit stressful organising alternative public transport there. We wouldn't have purchased this if we had known we would end up somewhere else as we had only chosen the hotel for the location and views and unfortunately, despite the new hotel having a swimming pool, it was on the main road...

Unser Hund hat auch gleich einen Kumpel gefunden um zu toben auf dem riesigen Grundstück und Olivenhain. Wir würden jeden Zeit wieder kommen."

"While it takes a little bit of getting to this place, it is beautiful and sublime. Poggio is a small commune set on a hill overlooking the beautiful Serchio Valley. The views from the back porch in this unit are truly spectacular. You can see the valley and the neighboring villages, many of which have hillside fortresses and churches. The drive up to the guest accommodations (there are several at this one address) is through a very narrow cobblestoned lane. We parked at the village church and...

"My family of six siblings thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Galeotti. Simone and Angela were excellent communicators and helped us with restaurant and wine tasting recommendations (and reservations). The walk into Camaiore was not too difficult and we enjoyed having coffee and pastries at Lorenzo Pasticceria & Caffè (if driving, you can access it from Via Bellosguardo, but if walking, it's a very busy road, so walk up Via Gugeliemo Oberdan and walk into the public parking lot and it's on your...

"We were a group of three adults and six children that stayed in the house for four nights. We loved this great place that is tucked away in the greenery and has stunning views. Mauro, the owner is very friendly and helpfull. There is a pizza oven outdoors and a huge table so many can eat together. The drive up and down was a little hairy the first time but something we got used to fast. We would definately come back to this gem of a house!"

Très bien situé pour les amoureux de la montagne et de l’escalade et de la mer (comme nous) , mais un peu déçu à l’arrivée car le lieu est géré par un intermédiaire qui nous a informé de coûts supplémentaires à régler sur place en espèce (200€ pour l’électicite, l’eau, la taxe, le rangement et les draps et serviettes) . L’annonce , sur la partie synthétique n’est pas clair à ce sujet et l’information se trouve dans le règlement intérieur ....

"The old mill is beautifully renovated with all the amenities needed for a very relaxing stay. The pool was always clean and when we had small problems with the lights the host came right away and took care of it. It's right next to a creek which is perfect for a quick bath in the morning. Elisabetta is the best host and the area around the house very beautiful. We would always come back."
