"Beautiful setting , fantastic pool , very secluded but service at the hotel was non existent , very , very limited menu at the restaurant ( rat bait in the corner) Poor transport from the hotel , only one way . "The entire property needs to be updated, it does not look like the pictures advertised. It’s quite dilapidated and needs to be updated or renovated but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. "Only stayed one night, might be better for longer term stay as some bugs need to be worked out ( connect gas, have room ready, hot water on tap) About 6 villas on the property off the road to Ubud. Villa had large room (this had AC), kitchen and dining area and outdoor bathroom. nice garden and sm pool with views over rice fields and volcano (on clear day) in shared garden area- villa had privacy."

"The family and staff who own and run this resort are absolutely incredible. The service and willingness to please is beyond compare. The food was some of the best we had after being in Indonesia for 2 weeks. If going to the zoo to ha e breakfast with the elephants and orangutans is on your list, this resort is convenient and very special. We would highly recommend and we have stayed all over Bali and the World. Well run place with people who genuinely care. "
