"Check-in was a little confusing as I had just wanted to leave my bag at the concierge before returning later for check-in at 3 pm, but the reception staff didn't seem to understand. Before I knew what was happening, they checked me in early (around 12 noon). Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were still cleaning the room, so I had to just leave my bag in my room while the staff were cleaning. Other than that, the hotel was fine. "Nice and clean. Convenient to walk to the shops. Other Daiwa is better with a combini directly beneath it. Shower screen could have at least been wiped down. Looks like years of scum has been left there. No on-site parking available and upon arrival no where to park to drop off bags. Need to inform staff prior to remove bollard blocking parking space but otherwise would not have known. Hotel has an offer with a parking station 250m down the road. Far to walk if you have bags and spots are TIGHT....
