"I booked this place for a ski trip. Great location for getting to the mountains. The reason I booked this particular property was because it was listed as having a hot tub (and a pool). There is no hot tub or pool on the property; the listing is inaccurate. When I pointed this out to the host, they tried to argue that their jetted bath tubs count as hot tubs. I will let the reader decide whether they agree."

"The cleaning lady didn’t show up until 4 and didn’t leave until almost 630 even after being asked to leave, and the property manager decided just to randomly show up because they didn’t have towels ready for us, so they came and knocked on the door, luckily we were here otherwise I feel like they would have just walked in and it made us very uncomfortable "

"Older home with modern updates in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the appliances and bathrooms were just like the advertised pictures, new and easy to operate. The big back yard was nice, as we enjoyed our evenings out there playing with our small dog. The neighborhood was nice and centrally located to all of our activities. I would definitely stay here again."
