"The property is perfectly located for my needs--between SLC and family in other areas of Utah. The small futon beds in the basement are very uncomfortable and the other beds are decent. Fun pool table for an activity, but very little comfortable seating to hang out. We had a problem with the hot water heater that the owner immediately fixed. I probably won't stay here again, but it was a lower-priced option, so the experience matched the price."

"Basil was great with communication. House was clean, inviting and relaxing. Parking was easy and right next to the entrance. Basics and extras were provided for bedding, bathroom and kitchen. Great washer & dryer. We slept comfortably on the beds. Easy access to highway to get to the ski hills, and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area as well. Would book again. Thank you for providing this rental space!"
