"This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. "We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"When we got there the woman who checked us in was lovely and we had no issues checking in. The room however was not quite what we was expecting. It was very run down and not as clean as we would expect. There was multiple hairs on the bed and only a single quilt for a double bed. The walls up and down stairs were all marked and it just seemed very unkempt. Not how we expected it to be."
