"Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. Cons: -The check-in process was a bit challenging. It would have been much easier to have key lockers available for guests. "Beautiful room in a lovely area, a 30 second walk to main square. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a long weekend. "A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night."

"Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !"

"Walkable to every thing All tours we wanted to go on have hotel pickup because of the central location of the property Please not there is no elevator and luckily we were on the first floor but it is a four story hotel so you may have to carry a bag three or four flights "

"This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. "We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Wow. Just wow.. 2nd time at this apartment! Absolutely beautiful.. we stayed at room 9 2 bedroom, dining room, living room, spacious, immaculate there is also a lift… the breakfast has a variety for everyone and nothing is to much trouble, very tasty. The staff are so helpful & friendly, sorted out transfers home for us. The old town is just around the corner from the apartments…also central to some quirky bars and restaurants.. Had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend and return.."

"Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS ***** "

Hotel H15 Francuski Old Town - Destigo Hotels

"This hotel is in perfect location to explore Krakow old tiwn, as well as Kazimierz, the Jewish district. It is very centrally located, however on a quiet street. It has a lot of character; it is an old hotel with lots of history, grandiose staircase and charming patisserie. It is also very clean everywhere. Service is excellent. The hairdryer was missing from the room and they apologized and immediately brought it to my room. There is a very small gym at the attic with a treadmill, spinning bike, elastic bands, two mats and some weights; it was enough for me. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy historical places to stay in. "

"Perfect location, walkable to all sights of old town and Jewish quarter. Nice petit bar up the street. Available parking in front of hotel, worth the price for the guaranteed parking spot. My only caution is that it’s not a walk-in shower. Tub is high and awkward, shower head is located in the corner and does not have wrap around tub enclosure. "

Hotel Unicus Palace Old Town - Destigo Hotels

"Beautiful hotel in a street leading from main square. The interior of hotel is very pleasing on the eye, a tastefully renovated old palace. I benefitted from a room upgrade and it was faultless, very comfortable and serene. I would not hesitate in recommending Unicus Palace and hope to return one day. "
