"This was a wonderful place to stay. The room had everything you needed, was a good size and really well presented. The property was located perfectly to explore Vienna, and in close proximity to the rail station. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all. I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet."

"Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"The room was modest but clean, and great beds and pillows. Shower was clean, and lots of hot water. Breakfast was enough to keep going till mid-afternoon. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "

"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. "I stayed for four nights and had a wonderful visit! Staff was there when I needed them, my room was cleaned daily and the location was perfect! There were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, an elevator, places to shop at and the 43 and 44 tram line literally stop outside your front door! "Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"I will definitely staying here again, I thought I was going to share the bathroom with others but they gave me 2 bed for one price and I had my own private bathroom, i can’t believe I was paying low price for luxury room. "

First Vienna trip

"Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "

"The hotel is beautifully decorated and provides a warm welcome. A welcome drink was provided at the bar and our room upgraded. The bed was super comfy with the loveliest bedding I have ever experienced. Bathroom amenities provided, robes, slippers & coffee machine came with our room. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The hotel is walkable to the centre and transport. "
