We did not hear other guest above us stomping around at 2am which was such a welcome change from some hotels in other European cities. Power in the kitchen area of our unit went out on the last night and contacting the concierge was very convenient and efficient. The hotel sent someone to come in early the next morning to reset the power to that part of our unit so we could make breakfast. This was very much appreciated! ...

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"Very comfortable, clean & well equipped apartment in a great location. U bahn stations are only 10-15 minute walk away. The Prater amusement park is also a very short walk away. Grocery stores also very close. A good choice of restaurants can be found close by at the Rochusmarkt. Only negatives. Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful. "

"This place was about as tacky a place I've ever stayed in. Wall paper and various facades for wall coverings were coming unpeeled, the flooring being uneven at each bedroom had everyone tripping left and right, the main bathroom smelled like sewage, and when I asked about help with WiFi that didn't work throughout our stay, the person at reception shrugged his shoulders and said, "sorry man." Great location but couldn't wait to leave this unit. "

"Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"

Last minute saviour!

"This was a last minute booking after the awful fire that caused Heathrow airport to close down. Our original venue was Vienna so we made some last-minute plans to spend the weekend with friends in London and booked this hotel.. the hotel has a wonderful location close by to many tube stations. The hotel rooms were very large, very well equipped, very clean. Quality of the decor and finishes was very high end. You honestly could not ask for more. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. "

"We stayed at SO vienna from the 14th-17th March my Daughter took me for my 43rd birthday weekend. Hotel is spotless, food is beautiful, room absolutely gorgeous, soa delightful. Had a lovely stay even though it rained for the first 2 days it did not stop us exploring. Would definitely stay here again! Staff so attentive and the property is gorgeous! They even gave us a decent big umbrella each when it was raining, lifesaver as did not bring one. Upon check out gave us water for our taxi journey back the airport. Could not fault this absolutely beautiful property! Will definitely be back the view from our room amazing, the space & modern slick minimalistic design of the room fabulous. Also so much space! I liked the fact close to city and I will be back to SO Vienna I’m the summer! Definitely 5 star thank you for a wonderful stay "

"The hotel room was excellent (we had standard rooms) , staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel bars and restaurants were good. 8th floor had wonderful views across Vienna. It was also very convenient- could walk easily to the city centre and the major sites. "
