I requested parking (via an upgrade email and at a discounted rate) and was emailed to confirm my request and to enquire about the status during check in. When I was checking in they informed me that I was emailed to say that request was declined. I said I never received an email but I would still need parking. They said they can give us parking and I had to ask that...
