"Fit for purpose for what I was in New Plymouth for, very easy checkin/out, very friendly staff, both at the front desk and the Bar where we bought a meal, twice in fact, well prepared food. I will return. "

Clean premises and guest room. Carpet in our room, although clean, looked a bit worn and also the single chair in our room, the material was frayed at the armrest. However, the amazing staff there, made the experience 10/10."

"Expensive for what it was, but it was Matatini so lucky to get a room at late notice. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location was the only reason for the noise being on the corner of a busy intersection of SH3 and the city centre."
