"Genuinely very nice and modern budget hotel. No frills, small rooms but very clean and comfortable. Kind, helpful staff. Area isn’t fantastic but not too unpleasant. "

"The staff were very helpful & obliging. The reception area and the corridor’s need an upgrade, the reception area was bare and not welcoming. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the golf course. The only thing we noticed was the entrance to the bathroom needed attention. The water from the shower (we had an accessible bathroom) had rotted the doorway and the bottom of the door. This said, we would stay at Ufford Park hotel again."
