"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "

"Fabulous hotel! Very cheeky of the hotel charging £15 for parking though when we could stay free on the road as we later found out or get 15 hours at sainsburys for just 0.49p! Felt that was very disingenuous of them. "

"The hotel isnt flexible for early check-ins and late check-outs. They charge £20 if you arrive before 3pm for check-in even if its only 30mins before the advertised check-in time. Same applies for check-out which is 11:00am."

"This hotel is amazing value, lovely rooms & the best service. From check in the service couldn't have been better, the guy on reception was so friendly & welcoming. Room was spot on too had a great sleep. The young lad on breakfast service is a credit to the hotel, didnt get his name unfortunately but everyone in our party agreed he deserves recognition for what a great job he does. "

"Stayed here for a week while moving between properties. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of St. Alban's, ideal for access to all local attractions. It is nice and spacious inside - and very reasonably priced. "The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc...
