"House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time.
