"The hotel staff where lovely and the rooms very spacious and clean ,we stayed in 24 could have done with a note on the entrance door for people not to slam tge door or bang theyre cases up and down the stairs as number 24 is right under the stairs .Had a lovely stay will be back ."

My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely view of the gardens. The leisure facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and a fantastic bonus for a relaxing break. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. "Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, Mandy the receptionist was full of local knowledge and even got the little one an Easter egg!! Her dog Sydney was lovely too!. The food was excellent value for Money and great quality too, we will definitely be returning again next year for Easter break, this is a hidden Gem, Customer service in all areas was amazing."
