"Can't fault the service, the breakfast was great, the staff friendly and they even did us pizza as we was running very late and missed dinner. The room was okay, only negative was the bed was small and you couldn't stand to shower, had to sit in the bath and hold the shower head, but it was fine."

"It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself "

"This is a very reasonable and nice place to stay for the price. Upon arrival, I was confused about which property I would be staying in, but after opening the doors and reading the signs posted inside, it’s very straightforward. The woman next to me did not have a code for her room and struggled to reach anyone at ~9pm, so, if you’re reading this, make sure you have your code ahead of time. The rooms are small and quaint. "From the outside the property looked a bit tired but on entering we loved the friendly warm welcome. The ambiance in the bar and dining areas was so lovely and the choice of food really great - it was truly appetising! Wonderful stay - we’ll certain stay again if we’re in the area. "

"This place is amazing especially for the witchy minded. It is like a museum in itself and I spent an entire evening browsing and then picked a good book (over 1000 to choose from) to read. The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast delicious. I loved my room overlooking the Abbey and the bathtub very enjoyable. If I ever return I will definitely stay here again and I’m going home with great memories. Thanks"

"Overall, the accommodation was lovely – not five-star luxury that we’d expected for the price, but we had a lovely trip away. Fridge is very noisy which resulted in a restless sleep on both nights. There was noise from the neighbouring room - you can clearly hear talking from there. No details provided on COVID precautions anywhere in the room. "Really good service. Friendly welcome on arrival, shown to room. Nice clean room with the basic necessities. Bed, shower, tea and coffee, fridge, towels. No parking but one of the nearby streets is used and free. About a 10 minute walk to the centre. About 5 minutes from the beach. "
